All advertising subject to publisher's acceptance.
Any uncompleted contract will be rebilled at the short rate to the advertiser or its agency.
No cancellations after 9 A.M. of copy deadline day.
All advertising is accepted on the premise that the advertiser and/or its agency has full rights to any material (including photographs) within the advertisement, and is entirely responsible for any claims or legal actions arising from its publication in FlatOut magazine.
If, for whatever reason, an ad accepted by the publisher is not run on the contracted date, or if there are errors within the ad, the liability of the publisher is limited to placing the corrected ad in the next issue. The publisher is not responsible for errors in ad information taken by phone.
Electronic Mechanicals
If possible, electronic mechanicals are preferred. Files may be submitted on CD or via email/FTP. Please contact Martin, mdefries@threewidemedia.com, for guidelines.
Commissions & Terms
Agency Commission: 15% of net billing to legitimate advertising agencies supplying camera-ready copy for ads 1/4 page or larger.
Terms: Net 30 days. A finance charge of 2% is added to any unpaid balance over 30 days.
